Is anybody else struggling with it? I know I am. I was JUST getting into a good sleep schedule when we had to spring our clocks forward an hour. Since the time change, I’ve found myself utterly exhausted and worn out! I’ve been letting it throw me completely off my game if I’m being honest.
I need to be tougher and more disciplined. I need to drag myself out of bed when the alarm goes off and get things done. I think I may relapse into my coffee dependency, but I’ve got to start getting things done instead of allowing myself to sleep in and shuffle around in a sleepy haze all day.
So, tomorrow, I’m going to get up and have a cup of coffee, and I’m going to do my hour of writing before I do anything else. I’ll be checking in in the morning to let y’all know how it goes!
